The services offered on the Website are available exclusively within Italy. We do not ship products outside of Italy.

2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

Users guarantee that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date. In case of violation, Mar-Farma reserves the right to suspend or delete the account without notice.

3.2 Product Availability

Product availability may vary. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact the user to arrange a solution (replacement, refund, or waiting for restocking).

3.3 Prices

All prices shown on the Website are in euros (€) and include VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Order Confirmation

An order is considered accepted only when it has been confirmed via email by Mar-Farma. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders not completed will be automatically cancelled.

5. SHIPPING

5.1 Delivery Areas

We ship exclusively within Italy. We do not sell or ship products outside of Italy.

5.2 Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

  • Shipping cost: €5.90 for orders under €49.00

  • Free shipping for orders over €49.00

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 Right of Withdrawal

According to the Consumer Code, users have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service at servizioclienti@mar-farma.it.

6.2 Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in intact condition.

  • Sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

6.3 Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases involving defective products or errors on our part.

7. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Legal Warranty

All products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as provided by Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code.

7.2 Limitation of Liability
